A hiding place I found in the little sunshine that I had.
A mystery of the unknown seeking to be visible in my eyes.
The silence in the room was killing me, I couldn't bare it no more.

I found a safe haven, I found the breeze of fresh air I've been seeking for.
Yes my life is not perfect, but I feed in, on my imperfections.
I take the darkness of day as it is.
I smile even when all I want to do is cry.

Silence has given itself a place to embark upon.
It has made home, not feel homey no more.
But I still look up the heavens and be thankful for my being..
Because I don't know what life will bring next.
But what I do know is that, I'll be ready for whatever that comes my way.
