For an era I have slept
just to kill the time I would have wept

The sorrow seeps in deep
in places where the sunshine can't reach

I wish to cut through this veil
as it forbids the wounds to heal

I try to find a way
as I move astray

This body craves comfort and ease
But the soul yearns for the attainment of eternal peace !
