Everything I used to do
was all that I was expected to
And beyond their expectations was
where I actually lay..
I didn't bother to care,
but just obey..
But how did he know this?
Something I never expected of
I heard that day from him,
He said, " I will always start
from where you end
And stay there to defend
your every word."
And I believe in him
more than anyone in this world!
I was never offended
of his worthy promises
For he took me out of
all the darkness
And became my only reason
to smile.
