What days they were, sitting in the back benches;
And secretly eating each others lunches.
What fun we had playing tic-tac-toe,
Where all were friends and none was a foe.
Teasing teachers from behind,
And being savage of another kind.
Pranking each other was our job,
such a friendship could never be found on the globe.
Remember those lies for not attending PT classes?
And sitting idly, gossiping and gazing the grasses!
Forming a gang,
Together we sat and sang.
Those moments won't come again!
Even after much bargain.
After ages, we would be recalling the same sweet moments;
Which could not be buyed for 'cents'.
