I was dreaming...

Locked up in a cage...
Through which....
I could see...
Through the long, standing rods...
I could see the world....

I wanted to be out....
In that free space...
Outside the cage...
I tried to break the lock....

It's been ages...
And I m still trying....

I was stronger .....
Stronger than who I had been ...
Bolder and more of a speaker...

I could imagine...
I could knit wishes...
I could fly...

But ,

I had barriers as limits ...
Limit to my flight ..
Limit to my imagination
Limit to my wishes...
Limit to my words......

Feeding...upon the mercy
Of the cage owner....
I was free to do anything...
But only within those barriers...


It's been ages ,
Still I couldnt break the lock...

Then,
Suddenly......

I woke up.....

I realised ,
It was not a cage...
It was not a lock...
But,

Mentality...
That has been there since ages...
It's like impossible to break it....

I was trying for ages to break...
But,
I couldnt....
