Existentialism
As I lay upon the grassy meadow
Peering endlessly into the night,
I begin to drift away,
Lost in the vast expanse

Contemplating the fragility,
Of our very existence
A fleeting memory,
Amongst countless thoughts.

Gazing upon the countles stars
Slowly realizing,
They are but a single cog,
In the machinations of the universe

It provides an eerie comfort,
That in the grand scheme of things,
Our worries and doubts,
Are just another star in the night sky
