GULF
There is a gulf inside my brain,
I'm thinking of that word again!
Corona virus is a curse
When trying to put it into verse.
I found some words that could I use
Bug germ or plague? What Should I choose?
Bacillus, pathogen, disease?
Those rhymes should flow with greater ease.
But wait! Gulf is the title here!
And so I'll change another gear...
Perhaps I'll call it an abyss
And then at least it rhythms with THIS!
