But where are you?

The stars and I, we gaze at each other,
Praising you, remembering you—
But where are you?
You know, we talk about you a lot,
Yet, where are you?

Once again,
I'm alone under this starry dome,
Lost in the silence, far from home.
Why did you leave me with stars that shine,
Yet without you, nothing feels mine?
