i recently had a heartbreak .. just two days before on 11th may 2024 .. he told me he can't continue this because of some family issues but he still love me and asked me a favour to never text him again as he claimed it hurts . and its said writting is the best way to express your pain when you cant i m writting this ...

In the depths of silence, you said it hurts,
Yet for me, it didn't, no pain, just blurts.
It wasn't a sting, nor a sharp ache's thrust,
It was a slow death, a relentless gust.

It killed me softly, tore my soul apart,
Shattered me to fragments, pierced my heart.
Yet, strangely, no pain, just an empty void,
A suffocating grip, feelings destroyed.

Memories faded, like shadows in the night,
I lost myself, in your absence's blight.
But no, it didn't hurt, not a single cry,
Just a silent scream, as I watched love die.

Eyes once alive, now hollow and still,
Shedding tears, a stream, that's never my fill.
But no, it didn't hurt, it couldn't, you see,
For if it did, it meant I was still me.

Yet, without you, I'm a ghost, a mere wraith,
Haunted by echoes, in this lonely wreathe.
So yes, it didn't hurt, not in the conventional way,
But it killed me softly, day by day.
