Nazi-boot
I drove down a road where a sign declared it was closed, it wasn't.
I watched people run red lights
and nobody died.
I saw black boys laugh and play in bus stops,
while white boys hid in their hoods,
full of an inherited shame.
I drove in the rain with the masses,
and watched them rush to be slaves.
I realized:
equality is a lie,
and we all take turns wearing that Nazi-boot.
