As animated figures with ghost like features
blowing through the time and molding into other creatures
I see the people we were and know now who we are
How did we become strangers while sharing the same stars
Under the cozmos and watching you blaze through my life
You forever changed me and deepened my strife
I opened the door to let you in
You stomped through the puddles of tears and made me relive my sin
The sins of my father and of my mother were always on your lips
The pain that I have endured relived over and over I had to abandon this ship
So as the treasure is forsaken and my heart is cold and black
I look back on this fairy tale and wish I could have it back
