For me,there's not a day that goes by,
Without the presence of thought.
It aches my head sometimes,well enough to make me cry,
And when I wipe the tears misery brought,
It changes nothing on my sad face.
Once this thoughts have struck the brain,
There will be not a single suitable place,
To hide from them,only to live with the pain.
Although thoughts are always needed daily,
All they might bring to you is torture.
I focuss on good thoughts mainly,
To keep calm , my brain I'll nurture.
So when thoughts are heading for the inexplicable,
Only then will torture be the inevitable.
