Sometimes... It doesn't do to feel...
At times our Love can be so viscerally painful, that the despair that it brings, robs us of all Reason and Hope's sweet sanctuary...
We become fragile pioneers in uncertainty's bleak land, travelling too light, scantly prepared for outcomes, so often victims of a frivolous Universe to which our feelings are unknown... only we know the true cost of how it is to feel... and know the pain.
