SPEAK NO EVIL.

simple choice of words, yet difficult to act out.
we tend to have control over one of this universal vows or regulations so to speak.
but we at times can not avoid breaking the others radomly once we unconsciously break the vow we seem to have control over.
hence we need people in our lives who can help us keep our sanctity and refrain
