The smile on my face is real,
It bears witness to how I feel.
it's not like the fake smiles,
which can be identified from miles.
not like the smiles filled with malice,
often seen on the faces of cunning and wise.
neither like the smiles which are filled with pain,
nor like the smiles we give to people we meet on the train.
my smile is the smile that comes when we feel the rain drops,
the smile we experience when we run in a field full of crops.
the smile we have when we stand by the seashore,
the smile on our faces when we don't have to do our homework anymore.
the smile we experience when we meet an old friend,
the smile that's once lost can never be gained......
