Everytime I play this song,
I can't help but sing this paragraph over and over again.
"Cut people out like tags on my clothing,
I end up all alone but, i still keep hoping.
I won't be scared to let someone hold me, love is so monotone but.."
the words disappear from my lips as I can sing it no more.
The lyrics cut deep and I have no idea what to do to make the pain seep.
I keep watching the people pass by me,
friendships I see,
lovers that meet,
family that cares,
what else am I going to lay my eyes on as I watch people passing by?
I listen mainly for rhythm, never a lyric I feel,
but things seem to be changing,
as I come into the age of appeal.
I don't know how to relate,
I don't know how to connect,
I have no idea how to make it all count.
But even with the slightest effort i make,
I still end up cutting people out like tags on my clothing.
