A Sweet Sunset
Put your hand in mine,
Our palms will meet,
Our arms will lock,
Our fingers will intertwine.
Now let’s run,
To a new planet we shall go,
With the world behind us,
And love in front.
Nothing has matter to us
As much as the moment before us.
To a new world we’ll go,
For a new heaven is with us.
So if you take my hand,
I’ll take yours.
And if you kiss my lips,
I’ll kiss yours.
We can dance,
We’ll dance for a while.
We can kiss,
We’ll kiss for a while.
I’ll wind my hair with yours,
And we can drift off course,
To a sweet sunset with smiles.
