If only wishes can come true,
I have one or two or maybe a few,
And they're all about you,
You, in all your glory
and all your mischievous smile
twinkling eyes, and radiance
that makes me go weak in my knees.
I in times as these,
oft wish for you to notice me,
and sweep me away in your arms
saying love laced words in my ears
caressing my lips with yours
and inhaling my scent
like I inhale your to live.
Dreaming with eyes open
I hurt my knee ,knocking the vase
awakening my sense too.
Ahh if only wishes came true
