I strive to be calm and level-headed,
But my efforts often seem in vain.
Things feel out of control,
And I collapse under the weight of my emotions.
Tears threaten to flow,
But I feel powerless to stop them.
I try to embrace the way things are,
Making every effort to keep my emotions in check.
Yet, I'm still overwhelmed by everything around me.
The world feels chaotic,
And I cannot help but collapse under its weight.
The pressure builds,
And I cannot remain calm for long.
The tears flow freely,
And I'm left feeling powerless in the face of my emotions.
