Trapped Inside
I am a prisoner of my own mind,
trying to escape each nightmare,
but those caged thoughts,
won't let me imagine,
won't let me know,
won't let me feel,
what lies beyond this hell,
will it be peaceful,
will, there be solace
will I find sunshine,
beyond these hunted walls,
but who can tell,
those voices say many things,
none of which,
can convince my mind,
a captive of my own prison.
