Fade Away
hold my heart as I fade away,
wipe my tears as we end the day,
save my soul for my mind's depraved,
close my eyes I slip away,
I'm going to a world that's far from here,
I'm giving up on a life of tortured years,
I'm allowing myself to fall into a dark abyss,
and lend my life to death's kiss.
I look around
and back at myself
and realize I don't wana be around anymore,
pain and carnage break away.
rains fall,
winds bawl,
lightning and thunder roll,
I'm going to hide and cry,
and finally die.
