Jawaharlal Nehru was the first prime minister of our country he was born on 14th November 1889 in Allahabad born with a silver spoon he was rise like a prince that he was sent to study law in England after returning from England he joined the freedom struggle he found his inspiration from Gandhiji the first met in 1916
at the season of Congress.this was beginning of life long relationship between them they both wanted to fight against the British rule in India so they decided to fight together and set India free due to this they were also sent to Jail several times from being a prince to a personal was very big change for him in the personal Nehru road the famous book discovery of India in this book he wrote about India being a beautiful nation after India attend the freedom in 1947 he became the first prime minister as a prime minister he tooksome important decision to have shaped our India he believe the development in science and technology is important for India's growth Nehru provide the way of setting up institute such as IITs ,and AIIMS that is why he is considered to be the the architect of the model India he also was known for his love for the children his birthday is celebrated as the children's day
