The door to tomorrow,
Opens in the shadows of today,
So brush aside the path of sorrow,
And make your way.

This was what the wise have said.
Now let's bead the wisdom I've gained.

Pick your sorrows and carry along,
They are faithful, they make you strong,
Joys and triumphs and ecstacies are gold,
But with sorrows, you get italics and bold.

Love life, it's every aspect of it,
Believe that you're its favorite!
Be thankful to each lesson and each mistake,
They are the gates to carve something great.
