I put myself down in order to ask for permission to speak. Maybe it's time to not do that. Maybe it is time to see the strength in myself. To see at the end of the day I have made it this far. I have ovecame my worst days. Maybe it's time I start to love myslef. No more self hate. I am me and that's all I need. I am WORTH it.
