Ecstasy transforming feeling of love, 
Into mundane, 
Wait until someone breaks your heart,
Love would become something profane,

Adventurous, an adrenaline junkie, 
Engulf yourself with apathy,
Experience the high of depression, 
Disclaimer, too addictive for a rookie, 

Not addicted to sobriety, 
Burn the fire of ambition within, 
Incompetence would disgust you,
Aspirations would suffocate you,
But success will validate your perseverance, 
Money will pleasure you beyond your wildest fantasies, 
And power would make you such an addict
That a bite of king cobra would fill like a meager prick. 

Want to know the high,
That would force you to abandon sobriety,
Get high on the gratitude of people,
Just be kind when you encounter someone,
Try to give them a string of hope,
A little effort from you,
Could result in altering a whole life's course,
When your words could stop them from climbing into a rope...
