You are my heart,
You are my soul,
A marvellous wonder,
You make me whole.

Numerous battles I have fought,
Weathering all storms alone,
Browbeating myself to the limit,
Finding the courage in my bones.

Understanding others,
Always a priority,
Finding no one like me,
Oh! Such a minority.

Falsely labelled as fragile and inert,
Trying to diminish my bright demeanor,
Unappreciated and undervalued,
The world does not deserve this giver.

With you my dear, now in my life,
Everything has drastically shifted,
I yearn no more, the search is over,
My spirit has been pristinely lifted.

Your fierce protector and guardian angel,
Burning those who breach our walls,
Your confidant, but one true mirror,
Catering to no other calls.

Hand in hand we'll learn and grow,
Braving through the challenges hurled,
For we are and will forever be,
Two against the world!
