A very Thin Thread
As bad off as I am I should be dead, but I'm not.
I'm hanging on by a very thin thread.
It's a constant battle and so much strife
I'm standing at the edge of the end of life
And hanging on by a very thin thread.
I wear a facade. This smile isn't real
I don't want anyone to know how I truly feel.
Sometimes I have days when I feel weak
I'm on the edge of the end feeling bleak
But I'm hanging on by a very thin thread.
