Broken slippers,

Wounded sufferers,

Having own shelter,

Still, being called as old age home dwellers,

Tired eyes,

In search of light

The only support was,

Of same age wife.

Both, sitting in varandah,

Always wondered, ' Hope they come '.

Little did they know,' That they partying at home '.

Hopes were broken.

Soon, souls were frozen and ,

Their little happiness kept partying at home.
