I gave my heart to a guy on a black screen,
I promised I’ll never view it,
When that notification flashes across the screen,
Telling me to open up,
The content it keep,
When “hey” appears in blue,
For me to reply,
What could I say,
To make the longing disappear,
When I type my heart in these bubbles,
I sore I’ll never lose myself too,
Waiting patiently for him to text back,
The words I have been dying to reply back,
“I like you.”
