Fireworks in the air boom, crackles, and whistle like an explosion,
Disco lights on the busy streets,
Old and new faces in the crowd,
New year,
New life,
Been one hell of the past year,
Diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and anger issues,
Lost the love of my life,
I'm stuck in my world and my mind,
I knew nothing about happiness for the last year but I hope the coming year will be my best year,
I can smell a little bit of happiness as I step forward,
I wish a happy new year to me.......
