With every unused word
With all the built-up emotions
It can't end well...

And even if we love each other...
We can't be together.
That's the saddest part of it all.
Whatever we do
It is all wrong.
Like there is no right decision

There is an untouchable wall
Built between me and you
And I can't help but want to discover
How to break it through

It's like the world pushes us apart.
And doesn't let us get back
I don't know what to do

To put so much pressure on that wall
And make it break
So that I can get through to you
Is it a test to see
How long I can feel the distance and still
Not leave?

Or to forget
What's on the other side of the wall?
And leave it behind
To take it as a hint from the universe
To leave
Because it was never meant for me.

Should I prove my love from a distance?
By not leaving but staying
Or should I go away like the wall is telling.
