I’m writing down my worries
in my notes app
because my therapist told me to.
I won’t tell her I can’t write your name
and see it next to a bullet point
under work and money and Parkinson’s.
So I write a code name
that only I’d understand.
But what’s the difference?
No one is reading my notes app.
Especially not you.
Because you have a lot of worries
but not one about me.
