But in the chorus, there's a glimmer of hope, of acceptance and new beginnings.
The melody rises and falls, just like the emotions that it calls.
There's pain and sadness, but there's also joy and gladness.
The song is the story of a love that's been lost, but the hope of a new love to be found.
