ocd is mentally crippling and debilitating to live with.
it is completely illogical and it doesnt make sense.
but i still believe it.

this illness tires me, my heads tired from tensing it, my brain hurts from counting, my hands are irritated from so much hand sanitizer, and i cant eat.
but ocd is me.
