When you feel that you are falling into a void

when you get pushed down into the darkness

when life gets too heavy a burden on your shoulders

I might not be able to give you the solution
I might not be able to resolve your situation
I might myself be in an uncertainty
I might myself feel guilty 

of not knowing how to help you
of just pretending to be standing there for you
as I might also feel confused from inside
as I will not have all the answers to what you tried

the things that you tried to detangle your life
all the secrets and formulas to still thrive

but still

when you talk, you will take it all out
I won't judge you if you cry or shout
I will give you all of my undivided attention
as I know you are sharing things with me
while trying to help yourself and the aggression
which is lurking inside your head
those thoughts which are forcing you to push back your life
and find a solution only if you are dead

please don't believe those thoughts
as they are just the blots 
created by your own fear or pain
