in a love less matrimony's esense
We started out hoping to love someday
We started out like our parents said to stay
Now we gaze at each other as though we sympathise
In each other's pain of love's demise
where should we begin?
Where could we begin?
Is it too late for a date ?
is it too late for us to be together
to fit right?
If not together,
then apart to gather,
in occasion's families gather
but our minds left untouched
as our souls left emptyed,
silently suffering and yearning to be gazed
and cradeled with love in a loveless matrimony.
