song of truce
when I isolate my being in a place of solitude
seeking to gain balance within the chambers of my soul
exfoliating scales of sins off the nudity of my mind
they say I am antisocial
when i sell my ears to the voice of the gods
hoping to gather knowledge which defies matter and space
detaching myself from the affairs of this life
they say I am strange
when I visit the womb of time
searching for the origin of my progenies
digging up artifacts and vessels of medieval climes
they say I am of old
when I purchase the heart of a woman
reaching out for her love and care
since we all have right to a pursuit of happiness
they say i am greedy
