The smile on my face is real,
It bears witness to how I feel
about overcoming my wounds
Doesn't matter how I heal
No more concern about compulsion
As I don't care anymore
about your intention
Now that things are different and
I don't have to seek for compromise
for we are now parted
Ended this race followed new sunrise
with hope with faith
with gratitude to ownself
I smile with my heart
and having trust on myself
I forget the horrible past
