'Murder!' he wrote / "Life!" He wrought!
I'm writing this for the day after tomorrow:
______

Where I come from they commemorate the day I almost died thrice yearly
But I thank God for He wouldn't have me die early.

The night I was born I received my fair share of angels, friends, demons and enemies - best believe we all do!

So weak and small physically: I couldn't even lift a shoe but those who can see past this realm into the future, and know best not to judge a man by his outward appearance saw a me so big and strong walking - they had to engage a whole army and together set bear traps to amputate me lest I go places and fulfil the assignment of The One who let me bud, grow and flourish in the wilderness with no one but Him and His to water me.
Little as I was, to them I remained a major threat - they had to engage a whole army and together draw a war plan to put a premature bloody end to me...

'Murder!' he wrote.

***

Born the night before; the enemy did everything he could to make sure I didn't see the sun.

"Kill him before dawn and tomorrow we move on"...

"Kill him tonight before he sees the light"...

"Be sure to kill Him tonight before he brings the light..."

***

'Life!' He wrought.

Best believe if it's God's plan like in Isaac's case - no one and nothing can stop your being born even if your parents are deemed unworthy and barren.

Best believe like in Paul the apostle's case when Grace locates you and if it's God's plan - nothing and no one, not even you can stop your being born again.

'Life' He wrought...

I hadn't yet made friends but I already had enemies waiting for me in the labor ward lobby.

They tried to break me to dead bits but thank God for Christ who molded me back to life!
