I never understood the concept of true love
But from what I've heard there's nothing like it above
it's the greatest event a human can experience
it requires a lot of understanding and lenience
if all goes well you get blessed with a life story
Waking up every day to loves face in its purest glory
yet if it goes wrong your hearts forever scarred
Forever closed up from loves full extent barred.
So Falling in love is a dreadful experience yet not of my choice
For despite these facts my heart yearns for your loving voice
The most peaceful music I've ever heard
My vision use to be so covered and blurred
Yet now I can see everything so crystal clear
in opening my heart this boat you steer
Your undying determination you wear like a medal.
You say u want me and for less you won't settle.
I smile till my cheeks start getting an aching sensation
Your crafted plan is causing an invasion
And you say "What makes you smile so much"
As if oblivious to your effects on me I've never seen such
Strangely,that causes me to fall deeper
You make me see daylife dreams which is weird because I've never been much of a sleeper
Then suddenly loves dark side crowds my mind and on my heart tries to latch
So I pull back..you don't become mad
you just say "I won't hurt you not even a little scratch"
And then you smile and ask
I hear you like me is this true?
I sigh and say yes annoyance of my existence
