Lost in Daydreams

She's a daydreamer, they say,
Her mind lost in worlds far away,
She's of no use, they declare,
A creative mind, but pockets bare.

She's filled with emotions and kindness,
But her life is like water, in its blindness,
She loses herself to others, they claim,
And sometimes, she's like an ocean, untamed.

Against the flow, she always goes,
On the verge of collapse, but she knows,
She's not interested in finding any shore,
For she's content in being lost evermore.

She may not fit in with their mold,
But her spirit is one that cannot be sold,
She's unique and free, and that's just fine,
For she'll keep daydreaming, and living her life divine.
