My veil a sign of weakness.
But they're blind to my strength,
The power of my modesty.
They think I'm hidden,
My true self concealed with being a Hijabi .

But I am shining bright,
My veil an armor, a shield.
They see me as weak,
A victim of a man's will.
But I am independent,
My veil a statement of skill.
I stand tall and proud,
My faith my guiding light.
My veil a symbol of faith,
My Goal to Jannah.
