Am I being selfish?
No ,not at all !!
I learned to create barriers in my life so not everybody will have access to me,
Afraid of the past repeating itself ,
I locked my feelings away ,
Throwing away the key into the depths of the unknown.
I learned to speak less ,
Observe more,
What are the odds of being betrayed?🤔
It's always the persons closest to you.💁♀️
Nethertheless, my trust issues are high,
Often thought that my own deeds will have me ending up lonely,
But I don't mind,
Once the Lord is by my side.
Oh Lord,
If I am doing any thing wrong,
Please let me know,
So I may repent and ask for forgiveness,
Before death knocks on my door.
