Dear little me
I wish I had never grown up.
I miss when I was a little kid, and I didn’t have to worry about the struggles in life.
When I had stuffed animal set up on my bed.
Legos littered all over the floor an mom trying not to step on them, and I miss jumping across the living room furniture acting like the floor is lava.
But now my bed is a mess,
There’s untouched homework all over my desk, and I couldn’t even tell you what’s on the floor.
And I’ve grow up.
I miss when I was childish an naive, and couldn’t wait to grow up.
I miss when i didn’t know what was going on, and how terrible the life really is.
I wish i could go back an tell you it’s not all you had hoped for.
I now know more than I wish I did and all traces and innocence are gone.
Now all I’m left with are the memories and the sad nostalgia I get every once a while when I remember I’m not who you wanted me to be.
