Last drop of a Sea
I recall the eves of my life
Not of winter, summer, autumn, or spring
It was part of my life, about to end
Not in perfect daylight, nor the darkness
Just somewhere between, quite and vacant
Empty and meaningless, as for the unthoughtful

All the mortals have a thought to set down like a sun
All the souls have a thought to meetup in heaven
All the bodies have an expression to extinct
Are all the lights supposed to dim and then fade away by the surface?
Who thought that this surface would be the demise
Demise! who thought that this would be the end, the climax, the final

Am I also the like the last drop in a sea?
A drop, whose existence doesn't matter to anyone
A drop which existed for and with the existence of others
And now, as every other drop has evaporated from this big sea
No one even recognizes that last drop of sea
No one minds about leaving that space for that last drop!

Still, there lies hope, that drop has sensed a ray of that immense fireball
With that feverish, life seems impossible...
But wait! the last drop has observed a new world coming from iced peaks, towards that hollow sea
Wait! there still exists a world
Wait! this ain't the end
This can never be the end!
This can never be the last drop of sea
This sea can never be vacant
