its easy to tell someone what not to feel,

"try not to feel like no one cares"

but its hard to know whats real,

"you arent alone"

yet i am when i go through these ordeals,

"im here if you need to talk"

or a half assed attempt at an emotional appeal,

"dont isolate yourself"

like a sage atop a moutain i find my solace,

dont tell me how to heal.
