The days were unending as were the nights,
She waited and waited and waited,
But there seemed no hope in sight…

Just looking at the clock and yet another day passed by ,
She doesn't talk much anymore and people simply call her shy .

She didn't want to give up ,
stood by night after night.
She loves him like anything,
yet he doesn't seem to give her any right .

She wants to trust him ,
but the distance doesn't let her believe,
she wants to stay with him ,
but the silence is making her leave.
