The girl with a heart of ice,
A past so dark, so full of lies
She keeps her feelings locked away,
For fear of being hurt in any way.
Her eyes hold a stern gaze,
No warmth, no emotions that betray.
The world has been so cruel to her,
She's learned to keep her distance, cause of fear
But beneath the frozen exterior,
Lies a heart that's full of terror.
Memories haunt her every day,
Of a life that was taken away.
Yet still, she walks with head held high,
She's A survivor who refuses to die.
She may be cold, she may be reserved,
Yet her strength and power are truly deserved.
Maybe, one day, she'll let the ice melt,
Maybe she'll try to find herself.
Until then, she'll keep on walking
silient, unbreakable, and quietly talking.
