At the end of the tunnel,
There's always a light,
Sometimes soft, at times bright...
And always, each day ends with a night.
So does trouble and obstacles we face,
Ups and downs, twists and turns,
it's all about the life and your fate,
Sometimes on top but sometimes we burn.
No person is immune, we all go through this fate,
This week may be all good the next bad,
Whether rich or poor, you can't escape,
Just something to cause us to feel good or sad.
Life's ups and downs are part of a lesson we learn to overcome,
All God's plan for us to grow,
For everyone, not just some,
Life's lessons to his children to help move through life and pass on.
