I close my eyes, to feel the rain, but somebodys crying, someones in pain.
Someones tears fall from my face, im stuck here in someones place.

I tried to run, but got nowhere,
ill keep on running cos i just dont care. Ill never forget, what she said that night, the truth in her eyes was a beautiful sight.

Clouds roll in, they're here stay,
Misery's here and shes not going away.
She comes to me to dry her eyes, which are red and wet like the tears that she cries.

She looks at me like she already knows, from here we all know how the story goes. Her head hangs low, as she turns away, theres nothing but silence cos ive got nothing to say.

I look at her, like shes someone i know, but shes just a nobody wearing somebodys clothes. Shes already gone, shes not even here, and im left face to face, with my biggest fear.........
